Yarmouth Rd development taking shape

Estateducation’s development on Yarmouth Rd in Norwich is starting to take shape with the architect now in the final stages of the proposed design before we submit a full planning application to increase the prior approval we have from 14 residential dwellings to 25. 

We’re extremely excited about this development as it will allow us to lay marker on the property market in Norwich and what consumers can expect when buying from Estateducation. The proposed plans will compromise 23 spacious one bed apartments with private balconies, 2 penthouses with private terraces, a residents gym, a residents lounge featuring a cinema room, an on-site management office, car parking, motorcycle parking and bicycle storage. The proposed design and location makes this development ideal for young working professionals looking to live in luxury close to Norwich City centre. 

The development is in the process of being registered with the UK Government’s Help to Buy scheme therefore giving first time buyers the opportunity to buy an apartment with just a 5% deposit. 

Once the planning has been approved, the sales and marketing will commence.
