Estateducation has submitted its proposed plans to Norwich City Council to convert the Freedman Public House on St Mildreds Rd in Norwich into a purpose built student accommodation block compromising 38 bedrooms with ensuites, 6 communal rooms with shared kitchen and dining, outside amenity space, bicycle storage and an on-site block managers office to reduce anti-social behaviour.

The proposed development is part of Estateducation's Velocity Student brand which has further student accommodation sites planned in the UK.

The decision from the planners is expected in late May 2017.
